Same as most other Poké Balls, the Quick Ball always has a 0.1x catch rate on catching Ultra Beasts. If used on any turn after the first, its catch rate drops to x1, the same as a normal Poké Ball. At the beginning of the battle, a Quick Ball's catch rate is x5 (x4 in Generation IV). Quick Balls have a higher chance of capturing a Wild Pokémon when used at the start of a battle.
In the Galar region, Quick Balls can be found in Wyndon's Poké Mart. In the Alola region, Quick Balls can be found in Route 8's Poké Mart and the Ball Shop in Festival Plaza. In the Hoenn region, they can be found in Fallarbor Town's Poké Mart.
